What I say: This $%^# don't work! LOL, no... really! I have an extremely sensitive scalp, but I am also extremely lazy. So when I came across this product online one day late last spring, I was bound and determined to find it! I searched drugstores and BSS's high and low until I found it. Over time, I have become less and less enamored with it. I will list my grievances.
- I bought this product SOLELY because of the applicator bottle. Unfortunately, the applicator is useless. Because of the consistency of the product, it's difficult to know (when self-applying) whether the product has made it out of the bottle or if you're applying air to your scalp (is it just me?!).
- The consistency is like watered-down Vaseline.... i.e. not near thick or "sturdy" enough to protect the scalp from the onslaught of chemicals during the relaxer process. My Silk Elements Lye Relaxer in regular laughs loudly at this OptiCalm.
