June hair plans/goals

We won't even discuss what a #fail my May goals were!! I don't believe I stuck to ONE of them!

June will be different though! I promise myself! I will be on my health and hair game to the fullest!

Here are my hair goals/plans for June:
  1. TAKE MY VITAMINS DAILY! 
  2. Protective style and low manipulation style EXCLUSIVELY
  3. No direct heat (durrr!!)
  4. Use my sulfur/MN mix daily (or every 2-days if my scalp starts getting tender)
  5. Retain one inch (I will take progress pictures stretching a portion of hair from the back)
  6. Get back to keeping my protein/moisture balanced and stable
What are your goals to end June with healthier hair than what you started it with?

  2. Yes, I did! I think I sent you a PM on BHM! I got it in the midst of finals week so if I didn't I'm sowwwy!! But I am going to use it and review it on my next relaxer!

  3. My June goals:

    1. Find different styles that eliminate stress on my nape/edges (one reason I went ahead and bc'd was so that my hair wouldn't be long enough to ponytail and my nape/edges would catch up...too bad I didn't realize that I had more new growth than I thought, so my hair was still ponytailable #fail).
    2. Drink more water to moisturize my hair from the inside out.
    3. Maintain my half inch that I'll get this month!
