- Take Nioxin vitamins daily. (I actually did pretty well with this... I missed a day or two but for the most part I was on top of it!) #win!
- Gain and retain 0.5"-1" of length (As always, IDK how I did because I didn't take pictures!!)
- Be MORE consistent with regimen. (Hmm.... I am going to have to say fail... I need to make my regimen a habit again... I am a part of BHM's September Slackers challenge to try to get back on track!) #losing!
- No more than ONE heat pass (I did one better! I used ZERO!) #win!
- Wear "out" styles (braid outs, twist outs, BKOS, etc) at least 2-3 days in a two week period. (I've been in a bun rut lately...) (I bunned for the entire freaking month! Literally all month! I guess this could be considered a fail AND a win depending on how you look at it!)
