Quick Pic: Hot Rollers Set... deux!!

I previewed this pic on Twitter

Back in January, I used my hot rollers on my real hair for the first time (read about it here!). I loved the look so much that I decided to use the rollers to revive my week-old roller wrap.

Method: After moisturizing and sealing, I rolled my hair in chunky sections using end papers to make rolling easy. I left the hot rollers in my hair while doing my make-up (about 15-20 minutes) and then took them down. After fiddling with the curls until I was satisfied, here's what I came up with:

What's your "in the clutch" hair tool?

  1. Once again a cute set. For me, Caruso set takes me from blah to Boom BAM in a few minutes should hubby want to head somewhere. Even if I need to wash my hair and airdry first. Curlformers in the summer.

    1. Thank you!! Curlformers are a good one! So quick to put in and quick to dry!!

  2. You look great! Lovin the hair :) ! Just saw ur tag response! Had no idea you did it which is weird because I feel unto date with your posts! Thank u! Will re-post x

  3. Oh wow! How neat, that is so pretty. So when you use them, do they typically fall dry or do you have to wait a few minutes after you've (freshly) taken them out? That is so cute, I may need to invest in some :) lol

Great look on you, tho girl! :)

  4. Lovely curls Shika....I would have to agree with LaQT and say the caruso rollers. They are great, love those rollers so much!

  5. Cay-ute! I love the soft curls look. Hot & carusos are my life savers. Also...I can always count on my fav wig in a clutch! lol

  6. Thanks ladies!!

@Raven: These pics were taken when they were fresh but they fell to be more of a body-wave/curl by the end of my 8hr shift at work.

  7. BEAUTIFUL!!!!
I LOVE these kind of roller sets!
