Quickie: I made my EHLA wig!

If you follow me on Instagram then you saw my new hair 'do for the fall! Because I am participating in Brittney's HYH challenge, my strands will be protected under this U-Part wig until the end of the year when it's time to snip-snip! I will be reviewing this hair once I've had it in for a while but here are the specs:

Seller: Exotic Hair Los Angeles
Type: Virgin Straight "Burmese" Hair
Length: 16" on the bottom, 14" on the top
Installation: U-Part wig made with the EHLA U-Part wig cap (review forthcoming...)
Price: I was given a discount for the hair but the retail cost is $212.00 according to the seller.
Pics (hair was curled on left picture):
Now I feel Beyonce's pain... lighting is everything! No "skin bleaching" here!
What do ya' think??

Until next time...

  1. You look really pretty. You have a glow going on. Something good is going on!

  2. You look sensational! I'm so confused about all the different ethnicities of weave...word on the street is Burmese is closer to AA hair (coarser)? Anywhoo, it looks amazing, you did a great job and yes, my friends tell me I have an anti-light skin complex when I make them retake photos where I look extra mulatto! Flash & lighting makes a HUGE difference! *off to find brittney's blog*

    1. Thank you! Yes, it is quite coarse however it also has a relatively high luster... it blends pretty easily with my hair (well "longer" hair blends easier with anything IMO).
