Priteva Challenge

One of my biggest goals for 2013 is to be consistent with my vitamin intake for the year.

The folks at Priteva were kind enough to send me a bottle of their hair vitamins to test out and review. Several women on a hair board that I frequent have had some decent results with Priteva and have even compared them to the famed (discontinued) Nioxin Recharging Complex.

This couldn't have come at a better time, right? So, for the first two months of 2013 I will be having my own, personal, Priteva Challenge!

I will update you with progress pictures bi-weekly and hopefully, after two months, I will have seen a nice growth spurt.

Here's week one's pics (aka my starting pics!)

Have any of you taken the Priteva Vitamins before? If not, what are your favorite supplements/vitamins for hair growth?

Until next time,

Shika

  1. I took them but they made my nails weak for some reason! The biotin broke me out, too, but I expected that. I really didn't expect my nails to be weak though :-/

  2. Early in my HHJ, I took Country Life Maxi Time Release vitamins ( or whatever it's called - hahah!) They gave me horrible headaches! Since then, I have only taken my fish oil/omega 3s and daily supplements, all in a delicious gummy form! :o)

  3. I'm DEATHLY afraid of HNS vitamins after my last experience! I will be following closely to see how you do!

  4. I remember! It's so crazy how they mess with your skin. So far so good though, I haven't had any unusual pimples/breakouts at all.

  5. Oh no! I hate when vitamins have weird side effects like that. I also take fish oil but I had to stop because everytime I burped while taking them I would want to puke for the fishy smell/taste... ick!

The products that I use are bought with my own money unless other wise stated and are for personal use. I am not paid to show any products on this blog! Results are on MY hair, but that does not guarantee that products/methods/techniques will work the same for you (though I HOPE they do!!) Happy Hair Growing!!
