Big Announcement!

Whoa, it's been a long time!

So many times in the last year and a half I've "decided" to start blogging again, and for some reason or another decided not to.  But dare I say, I am back. I won't spend too much time making excuses for myself :) but I genuinely thank anyone who has kept me on their radar over the past 18 months!

So.... what's this big announcement that I'm holding on to?

Well...

I've decided to grow out my relaxer and have a go at learning my "natural" hair! Yes, Shika who said she was soooo happily relaxed! Yes... Shika who bemoaned relaxed hair bloggers who reached their goals and then abruptly went natural...

I still love relaxed hair (I mean, let's be honest, I love healthy, beautiful hair of ALL persuasions!) And a lot of different factors brought me to this decision (a post to come about the reasons that I decided to transition), none of which were related to the health of my hair.

Now that I've officially made this decision, I'm super excited and re-energized about my personal hair journey (and of course sharing my experiences as a [hopefully!] long-term transitioning 4b/4c [I think!] chick!) and I really hope that you'll come with me on this journey!!

The products that I use are bought with my own money unless other wise stated and are for personal use. I am not paid to show any products on this blog! Results are on MY hair, but that does not guarantee that products/methods/techniques will work the same for you (though I HOPE they do!!) Happy Hair Growing!!
